- Anonymous & Registered Use: anonymous visitors may create temporary short links that remain active for up to 24 hours. Registered users can create permanent links, manage their links in the dashboard, and use a personal API token for programmatic access.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use brsch.com to shorten, distribute, or redirect to URLs that involve:
- phishing pages, credential harvesting, financial scams, fraud, or deceptive impersonation;
- malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, exploits, or unauthorized software downloads;
- unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or schemes designed to evade security and anti-spam filters;
- content that infringes copyright, trademarks, intellectual property, or other legal rights of third parties;
- illegal goods or services, violence, hate speech, harassment, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
You also agree not to disrupt the service infrastructure, perform automated enumeration/scraping of short codes, or abuse the JSON API.
3. Moderation & Termination
- We reserve the right to disable, block, or delete any short link at any time without prior notice if we believe it violates these Terms or poses a security or legal risk.
- Accounts and API tokens involved in abusive activity or Terms violations may be suspended or terminated immediately.
- System routes and reserved aliases may not be claimed by users and remain reserved for service operations.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
- The brsch.com service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including guarantees of uninterrupted uptime or permanent link availability.
- We do not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for third-party destination websites linked through brsch.com. Following any shortened link is at the visitor's own risk.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creator and maintainer of brsch.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
